It seems pretty clear, based on what the rules say. I'll take what is posted as official rules over a random statement by a well intentioned moderator.

"This Time zone is the GMT (Greewich Mean Time) or UTC Z "

Since London is on summer time right now, the forum setting in your profile can be set to GMT -1 to match UTC and GMT.

Funny because auctions in real life are as that, some one bids something, and then guy with hammer counts 1-2-3 some one over bids, and he start to count from new... ok its only my opinion, but thats true...

you guys have only been to a rich auction

i have calulated that i have been to about 250 some auctions in my life that is cattle auctions, farm auctions, consignment auctions, land auctions.

and only 1 had a hammer and it was the auctioneers first time auctioning

so you guys may have been to an auction but i know what goes on

and you guys have probably been to an auction that the auctioneer speaks like this

7500 dollars ..... (bid) 8000 dollars........(bid) 8500 dollars........(sold)

my auctions are funner and cooler you guys and girls probably dont understand when they talk

35,40,35,40 (bid) 40,45,40,45,40(bid) 45,50,45,50,45,fiftyyyy sold

is there anyway to get a song up here so u can listen to part of an auction

Back to my point. We will replicate an auction of what im thinking

2000 Cattle q7

Starting bid 100
Incremimates of 5
Boyout 175

----------------

BId: 100
Bid 105
Bid: 110
Boyout 175

---------------
Now in this case the auction otomaticly stops its over finishe done, and the guy pays 175. He may also boyout from the start its a way to get goods faster b ut maybe a bit more expensive.

Well being in this auction thing, we should change buy now to buyout. Instead of it can be only be used at the start buyout would mean u buy it right now auction ends and the guy pays the buyout price, If any of u people have played WOW, (not browser game) u will know of what i speak it be much easier on everyone

Sorry, but if I understand you correct, this is already an option. I found this in the rules:
Code:
9.
