Qualities do not matter for the status buildings. As long as one product is the same quality. (You cannot sumbit 1,000 Q1 and 500 Q2 Orange Juice if it needs 1,500 Orange Juice.)

For the special buildings, quality does not matter, EXCEPT that the entire quantity of a given item have to be the same quality. If they ask for 1,000 Lemons, you can give then 1,000 of any one quality, but if you have 500 Q1 and 500 Q2, that won't work.
There are other quests that can appear from time to time (not as part of the special buildings) which have very specific parameters. This is likely what you're seeing when people are asking for Q3 stuffed animals, and stuff like that.

Yep. kris440, you most likely didn't have 500 Televisions, Computers, Monitors and Printers with the same quality. (You need 500 of one item to be the same quality. Another item can be a different quality as long as there are 500 of it.)
Advertisements are used in your store buildings. Each store can handle 40,000 ad points at which time you will sell items in half the time. Adding ads to your store is a great way to increase your selling time but can be expensive.

You need all 4 wares at the desired amount. Every one can only be in one quality.
Like this: 500 tv q0, 500 monitors q5, 500 computers q3, 500 printers q9.
Then you can send the wares to the special building and get the points. The quality can be different, as long as each ware has the same quality. All the wares have to be in the warehouse, not just one of them.
