Ever consider removing the NPC offer of 135?

Since demand is so huge for the product.

There is no incentive for players to produce the product since they won't get more than 135.

remove the artificle cap price and watch this market create an equilbrium over time.

Well at least you know you're on to something if so many other people suggested it too.

If it was up to me (it isn't) the fix would be just to reduce the steel needs for building. The price would drop down so it wasn't bumping against the NPC anymore. Yet somehow that's not the suggestion people keep making.
