Why are the numbers in the stats page written as 23,668.25 instead of the usual notation 23.668,25? It would save me a lot of time processsing the stats pages if this would be changed...

In english the thousands seperator is the "," and the decimal point is a ".".
We would write One million as "1,000,000.00".

This version of the game is clearly targeted at the English speakers of the world, through the text of the game and enforcement of English only in the forums. It only makes sense then that the treatment of the numbers in an English game would be similar.
I don't play the original German version, but I'd imagine that all the figures in that game are done with "." as the thousands separator, and "," before any decimal.

Hmm, I hadn't thought about the difficulties of Excel. English versions of Excel use the 1,000.00 format as well. I'm not sure if Excel allows you to use a specific sheet in the English format or if it program wide.

I am solving this problem right now by replacing all comma's by nothing and then replacing all points by comma's, it works but sometimes if the last digit of a number is a zero, it vanishes, so I have to adjust it manualy. Maybe there is an easier way to adjust this but I don't know of it.
