My suggestion
Either do one of the two options:
1. Add a Read Box to the game. This will allow all of us to know if a company has read our IMGs or not.
2. Add (new) or (unread) to Outbox messages that have not been read. This will allow all of us to know if a company has read our IMGs or not.

generaly if they read it they answer it
And if there pissed at you they will usaly reply to that with something resimbling this =
I know its happened to me

I don't think it's going to happen. For the same reason there is no "online / offline indicator." It's going to lead to arguments like "I know you're there, why didn't you ________________!?"

I imagine the larger companies are getting spammed with mail. I try to send them as little messages as I can. It's customary that If I don't get a response within 24 hours, the answer was "No thank you".
