i`m reserching stell. the problem is that now the level o reserch is q4 and when i produced the silver it`s made in q0.
who could help me?

Assuming you're not [censored] enough to research one product and then produce a different one ...

The problem is most likely your factory's Production Level. It's been answered about a dozen times here if you'd searched a little. Here's one such example.

Like Knolls, mentioned, it's most likely your factory that has not been set to produce the right quality lvl.

Enter your factory and second from the left on the top, you can set the quality lvl. To ensure you always will produce the highest lvl possible, set it to 127. (Q 127 is the highest lvl possible

)
