price-setting in stores

It's a rather small suggestion:
if you want to sell new goods in your store, you edit goods and you have to set a new price also, if your shop would remember your old price and puts it there automatically instead of 0 we don't have to retype or remember the price anymore for selling the same product over and over again. 8)

there is 1 problem to this. Each time you re set the price of your goods (be this 24hrs later with a new batch of product or infact 10mins after because u want to readjust the selling time) the system will recaluclate the time it will take to sell (based on price, quality and demand of the region at that point in time).

This means that a product of the same quality and amount will sell out, for the same price, in different amounts of time on different days.

As such it is very unlikely that you will keep a constant selling price for your goods! And therefore this suggestion would not be very usefull.

One suggestion that could be useful, and has been stated previously, is to have an option to selected the length of time u want to sell your prodcut in, if this was implemented u could just keep selected '12hrs' or '24hrs' and it would be more user friendly :)

But just note the price your goods make in your stores on different days, you will notice the price per unit/sell time is constantly changing :)

you think I'm stupid or something? of course I know sales fluctuate, but it doesn't fluctuate every day so much, many players sell long time for the same price, and if there is a change in customer behaviour you can adjust the given price, it stands there as a referal, so that you think
"oh I was selling my apples for 4, now I can sell them for 4,5 because demand increased" and you change 4 into 4,5
instead of
"Hmm what should I ask for my apples this time?"
then you think: "What did I ask last time? Damn forgot"
you go back and look it up you say: "Ow right it was on 4" you go back to edit your amount again and set the new price.

I mean, if the previous price is automaticaly given, ppl can use it as referal as well as convenience not having to set a new price.
It's just a minor proposal so I don't want to make a big deal of it 8)

Yep, I think this idea is good, its kinda annoying and easy to type in wrong amount of sales price due to too many stores
