apparition of new material in warehouse with cost of 0$

i just had some material appear in warehouse which i can produce but i am sure i didnt... first they werent ordered to be done and second they show to have cost 0$ to make... it is wierd and i think it might be a bug...

products:
75chem Q0
750 coal Q0
300 iron ore Q0

you cancelled a factory production of 150 Steel.
whenever you cancel production, the items are returned with zero quality and with a cost of 0.00 to your warehouse.
