Concessions!

you can have a concession on someone's research, this means you borrow it from him or her for a specific time, when the time expires the research goes back to the owner, I think it would be very very cool, also new players can produce High Q products and there is a new market tool for advanced quality researchers.

Well... interesting... but when you think about it a second time you will see that then researching wouldn't be necessary anymore for beginners.
Because if you can just rent a technology only the big ones research and the others won't do that.
Thus a very important thing in this game would become unimportant, I guess.

So: Not a good idea at all.

Why shouldn't they be researching anymore unless they are borrowing it for a ridiculously low price? You pay a variable sum of money for the borrowing, in long term strategy it will be always better to do your own research. Maybe the concession should expire after a certain amount of produced goods and not time.
