Construction time bug

I just started 2 expansions of the same size however one of the expansion times is double as long.

Did you forget to optimize your Ice Factory before upgrading it?

Potentially but I did not do it for the other building either or 2 Fruit plantation I expanded a week ago which has time frame as the Beverages factory

I just checked - Ice Factories just take longer to upgrade (they're different factories, not everything about them is the same).
