Money from contract was not added to my bank account

Dear Moderator,

I have send a contract which was accepted, but unfortunately the money was not transfered to my bank account. Please could you check, where the money is?

My user ID is: 646

Hereby the message regarding the acceptance:

The company XXX (id: XXX) accepted your contract nr. 258694 (19528 Wool, quality 2) for 644,424.00
