Need Help in Coins

Hmmm...i would like to ask, why i can't use SMS service? I'm from Indonesia and once i text the code "UPJ 26h5e2e2" and send it to "84212"..It won't work and failed...can anyone know what's the problem and solution? or maybe it just won't work in Indonesia? :( :( :(

Besides that, i've tried to get free coins from ads and i got few of them but there are more pending requested and i haven't got my coins although i already fulfill all the requirement..Can anyone help me? already contact Upjers Support and the status is being under investigation but there hasn;t any progress probably since last month.. :( :( :(

Hi there r3d1t4,

in case of payment-problems, please contact our support-team directly. We normally get back to our customers as soon as we received a response from the payment provider or have found the necessary information ourselves; unless there has been a problem on your end, there should be no problems getting you your Coins therefore.

Did you retain the response mail from our support-team? In that case you can use the link embedded in the email to get back to us, and our team will see the entire conversation that has been going on between us and yourself about this report from the moment you sent it first in.

If you didn't retain the email, then please be so kind and create a new support-request!

hmmm how i contact your support team directly to ask about the SMS service?

about the free coins, i use the ads and do some survey stuff and already fulfill it but i don't get any coins..to be honest, i'm using different email while do the surveys i think since i though it must be different emails..
but since i'm not getting any coins when i open the ads and there are few task to do...at right top there are total coins that i already earn and i click on that and i see that there are list of task that had been done by me and there are status pending and rejected therefore i click on that and follow the procedure and got the status "under investigation" but until now there is no progress...

Hi again r3d1t4,

you are talking about the payment provider Sponsorpay then, I assume? Your requests sent in via their payment area are handled by them, not by us then, and it totally depends on their partners when they can credit the Coins to your account - this can be quite quick our may take a little longer depending on how long it takes for the partner to confirm your completion of the survey, fur instance.

We can get in touch with them too, though, but in that case we need your entire account details, the dates you completed the offers, etc. This is best handled via our support, and allows our team to get back to you much easier.

oh i see..but i forgot to mentioned 1 think that since i use different emails...i also use my other family name..but i told my other family to complete the survey and using the same laptop to do the surveys...is it a matter? since i though one name and email are only to do 1 surveys..

the problem is there is no Indonesia Flag...how i do that?

thank you Pearl, already contact Upjers support and the supersonic and they have already contact me via email..for SMS, the problem is no service for Indonesia so i can't use SMS for payment..

for supersonic, the said that they will investigate and contact me as soon as possible..thank you very much.. :D :D :D
