Missing 3,000,000 possibly 4,000,000 cotton from contracts

Kleck Inc on Realm 2.
This morning I accepted 4 contracts of 1,000,000 cotton from veronica. One before production, so I'm not sure if it got added, but my production reduced my cotton to:
124.516 Cotton
So, I purchased, another 1,000,000 cotton and went to produce, and I was still lacking. So, I thought I must have cancelled so I bought another 1,000,000 and it still remained the same. I tried the last one, and again nothing added.

I checked the finances and sure enough the money was spent (90c per cotton)

Expenses contract 360,000,000.00

Looking at the Account Statement, it only shows 3 of the purchases, which is strange because I spent 4x90 million.

You should add your User-ID number as well so admins can help you resolve the problem faster.

You can find your User-ID by going to your warehouse and clicking on 'showcase'.
the showcase page will show your showcase link, the number at the end of that link is your user-ID.

Further evidence to the issue is the fact that my cost per item went sky high (because money was taken and no product added)

Is it possible the contract sender added an extra 0 to the price and one less to the product amount on one of the contracts? (at least one 0)

I'd doubt that, since Kleck Inc is able to show the Account Statement quote, which states that 90mil was spent several times.

And 90mil x 4 = 360mil, which is the Total Expense (contract) quote.

those figures would have been different if one of the contracts was sent at a different price.

That might have been possible, other than I check the actual I had, and it didn't move at all. There is no way to see what the contract was, after it was accepted is there?

After a contract is accepted (or denied, for that matter) there is no way to see what the contract said.
All you have is the expense quotes, there's no archive for specific contracts.

Not if it was 90 cotton sent at 1m each instead of 1m cotton at 90ea, which is possible as an error i suppose if only looking quickly at the contract before signing.

It's a possible mistake that both the seller and buyer would have to overlook.

There have been no further cotton-purchases/sales from your side on that date, and thus no money will have been deducted from your account / no cotton delivered.

Maybe the offer was already gone at the time you wanted to make your market-purchase? At any rate, these were the only transactions that took place on that date, involving cotton, and there don't seem to be any errors here
