I found a company which has 279,084,607,715.89 and he is still financial magnate, while according to level rules he already should be a capitalist. Please check this asap, as it means that some people have an advantage by producing more than they should and building cheaper as well.

It could be that they haven't logged in for a while and sold stuff either via contract or market since, once they log in the level will change (pretty certain it works that way)
