6billion a month...Really???

Post by Guest » 02.04.2011, 17:15

Is it me, or have everyone jumped the shark together?
I have to give up my premium because I can no longer afford the 6-8 billion/month the coin market is now demanding. And, if I may say so, not delivering on either. Not only has the coin market really become embarrassing, but "sellers" selectively deliver. So it has become a game of olds/cashies/ vs. everyone else. So sad. Such potential.

Was anyone watching the RL economy the last few years?

40 buildings 2500m each bring easily 6 bill profit per month. its up to you to have or not to have a premium. btw: you can buy coins with real money too.

Don't know what you are smoking, but those numbers don't work for me at all :? Are you all-in in "the" industry? (Another quirk that is addressed ad-nauseum elsewhere. )

If you just want to play with people that want to pay real money to play, keep that goofy attitude. I know I am not the only one ready to leave the game over the coin side of the game. I play other browser games, and none get rocked as hard as kapi for the way the coin trade just ruins the fun/purpose of the game.

Face it, there is little reason to play other than score. Even that requires coins. This is becoming an elitist game. The above response demonstrates that.

Nuff said. I am done. Just wanted to make the point. 8)

if you sell stuff for special buildings non Q0 its your problem, the numbers that i put there are minimal, you can make much more profit with 40 buildings in 1 month.
about the coins: someone paid for them real money before selling them in game for caps, its their right to sell at their price.

The problem is that people are buying more coins then they need (as they don't wont to jump to another level)
I think players how bought coins for real money have to sell coins only in lots of 20 coins. It is their decision whom, how much and for what price, but it is wrong when you see:

- [Sell] 100 coins.
- Send them all to me.

and that's all...
the market is closed...
no one can buy...

In R1 Coins are sold for 460 mil. but price for products in that world is from 2 up to 10 times higher then in our world.

If anyone, who want to sell coins is reading this: please, send only 20 coins/player...

Those who want to buy more coins, will buy from 2 or more players...

It's true that the market of coins has increased but in my opinion is a right thing! I buy coins from other players too and I can afford that with my business! Let's admit that are only few players who sell coins and it's their right to sell with a high price or to sell them all to one player!
Shame of us who doesn't buy coins with real money, there are lots of players and only 5-7 who buys coins with real money! They are the only supporters of the game! Good job guys, when I will buy next ones I will pay double for coins!Image
Nobody force you to have a Premium account and if you don't want to buy coins you can still play this game! I know players who expand their buildings or produce for a month and their problem is solved, they activate Premium once in 2-3 months! I know enough players who play with only 60 buildings (without Premium) and enjoy the game equally!
I really don't understand you want a Premium advantage but you don't want to pay with real money either with virtual money, so what is the purpose of a Premium account? Coins have a high price? So how they sell them with this high price? If coins are too expensive then, they will not sell them, right?
I really think that price of coins is cheap otherwise it can't explains how they are selling so fast!Image

I feel the necessity to agree with Starbender... and completely so.

I am not a regular player on the kapilands game. I log in periodically... however I play kapi-regnum and this same problem is there.

What offends me is I have seen people BUY AN ENTIRE city off of real money purchases of coins... and some UNDER A MONTH they are approx 10 billion in allod. Then these same people BUY a competition... they don't win it they BUY it..... which I think is pathetic and detestable. Go play on your Wii or DS if you want to WIN WIN WIN like that. Sorry if I am blowing steam but the way the coin trade works is ridiculous to allow peolpe to buy and ENTIRE city with real money (through coins)

I feel that if this cannot be changed (on kapi-regnum, too) that there should be ONE NEW server opened... lets make it fair and see who the REAL players are.... make it a NO-coin RESALE game... meaning you can BUY coins but you cannot SELL them to other players.

Let's see what happens

Kapilands is one of the only upjers games without a real coin market as such so think yourselves lucky, people however can only sell for a price which people are willing to buy at nothing more, look at R1 where prices would have been 400m+ for a couple of years if it wasn't for the coin situation last year where people sold thousands just to get to trillionaire, if the price is too much then people won't buy simple! my company isn't actually that large but it would only take 2/3 days to earn enough for premium at this price and thats not using 'the' industry in R2 at all (which i find boring anyway) the other solution is 2 euros a month if you enjoy the game and i'm guessing people do as they are still here playing year after year surely it's worth that?

ImageYour totally wrong with that, look that I like fair competitions too, and I was close enough to get a Gold medal without coins! I used Status symbols that I bought them in time and I didn't use even a penny for contest! I spent a lot of "virtual money" with contest and I had enough money to buy coins too! I was only one day without premium account! And I can make you an non-public list with all players who helped my buying my symbols! Nobody say that a contest is easy and you can do all by yourself if not, isn't more a contest! If you'll have 1000 coins, you can win a contest without anybody help????? Even with all max buildings for a contest product you can't do all by yourself!
..... and between us, from time I've start playing this game I didn't see yet, a newer player than me, to win a contest! If you know one let me know because all players I saw to win are older than me in this game!
I'm sure that you can make a lot of money to have for coins selling contests stuff when they are! I'm not selling products for all contests, just when there is a product that I can make it, and I have an extra gain! Image

Post by Guest » 03.04.2011, 05:38

the first time i play this game, many people sell coins at 1 million each. they sell a lot to earn that much, but right now within 3 years, the price boost up, and people still buy a coin. because player tend to use coin to go for premium, and the the lesser people are willing to buy coin with the real money and put it into the market. therefore, the price will go up for sure. i do enjoy this game without premium. i have no idea whats its like to be on VIP, because i dont have money, and i cant use credit card because i dont credit card, and the other option to buy premium doesnt exist in asia region.

This is NOT what I am talking about. I used my status symbols to temporarily sell them in order to win a compettion. This is not what offends me. There is nothing wrong with this.

I am talking about people who will dump hundreds of dollars and Euros REAL money to buy coins to sell for kapi money in order to buy the wonder of the world (notice I did not say build it) or to buy a competition (notice that I did not say win it) or to buy all the buildings that are huge off the market (with the hundreds of dollars they spent converted to kapi money.

I am talking about those that start the game and dump hundreds and hundreds of REAL dollars or Euros in order to get from the beginner rank to 10 billion allod in less than a month (yes, I have seen it on Kapi-regnum! ). This is NOT the only player that I have seen do things like this, but it's the most extreme player I have ever seen. It's also pathetic

This is not playing the game, it's buying it.

As I said, temporarily selling your status symbols or buying coins with kapi money is not the issue. What is the issue, I feel, is that people are able to use REAL money to easily convert REAL money to kapi money to buy-a-city overnight.

Why isn't there a restriction on what coins can be exchanged for? Instead of Kapi money ,why not something else that restricts a person from ridiculously buying (rather than building) a city?

You're perfectly right with the thing there are players who spend lot's of Real money to get bigger over night, and I saw some players too!
But with this think we have no power to judge how someone wants to play the game (easy way or hard way)!
What I want to say is that I see no advantage from one player that spend money on that or one who decide to not spend nothing! They buy some big buildings, that's all, this doesn't get them an advantage from you! They don't have time to understand the game and usually (90%) quit after a big spending of money, and there are other 10% or less who have the pleasure to spend money in a game they like (here I speak from big players who doesn't need big buildings or virtual money, because they have both) :)
Schatten wrote:....buy a competition (notice that I did not say win it)
I don't understand that, for what they buy and don't win .... so in final I'm right, with all money they spend they can win a contest for sure, if are lots of buyers for a contest, means that the price for contest product will be higher who gives you a great opportunity to earn a lot of money making contest product and in this way you'll have money to buy coins, buildings or to get part of a contest next time! Image

Hey this is only my opinion and I'm doing fine in my way, I don't want to argue with you, just think about how to take advantage from other advantage, they buy big buildings you must sell them, they buy products to win a contest, you must sell them, they buy products for score so you must sell them ..... in final you'll see that you can have lot's of money without spending Real money!
