free coins on gratispay

hi, gratispay is supposed to give me free coins, however a few months ago i completed some offers and was never credited with my coins. i tried everything it said to do, untill i forgot about it

i have proof here:

it might just be for UK players. they offer free coins in return for doing tasks and signing up for things. basically if you do a survey and enter in your email address, phone number and address you complete the task and you are supposed to get free coins, but mine never came

edit: this is what it says on kapilands about them:
Instead of spending real money you gain a certain amount of coins per activity (examples: completing a survey, particiaption in a lottery, opening a testaccount).

Definitely this one has nothing to do with a bug, you were scammed bloke!

i dont know, maybe. as its probably for UK players i havent been able to find out if it actually works. i looked it up on the internet and people say it sometimes works.

if i dont get my coins atleast i can tell the kapiteam that it doesnt work

Gratispay works, you just have to stick exactly to what the offers asks you to do, if you go to the site and click on "my offers" on the right there will be a help button, click on the right help button for the offer to contect them they will see if its been credited to you or not.

it says completed, which means i did it right. also i did contact them several times, they said the coins would be credited. but in the end they never were

Yes completed means you should be credited the coins.

yes, i did complete it, but i didnt get them unless i have to do something else to recieve the coins?

Hi david94,

if you don't receive the Coins via GratisPay, then please open the GratisPay window again and click on "my offers". Choose the offer you haven't received your Coins for yet, then click on "help".

Choose the option "I completed this offer and have not received a premium" and enter your e-mail-address.

Enter a personal text regarding your offer under "Your message". Please make sure to follow the instructions telling you to: "At the end of your message, please, paste the confirmation email, which you received for this offer, as we will not be able to process your query otherwise".

Then click on "send". The Gratis Pay customer service will then take care of your request as quickly as possible, and make sure you will get your Coins.

It said to complete, fill in a survey. This was to complete the gratisepay. However is still says started?
You have completed the survey and been entered into the prize draw.

Regards are they all just scams, i done about 4 now, and there nothign else to do yet it still claims that i ahve started them. Do they just want my information, cause all thats happned is continuelly givign me new web browsers, and lagging my computer out.

No they are certainly no scam, but seeing as you have done them only last night, it is quite possible that it takes a little longer for them to process this than it would during the day.

This is just a guess, though. If you want a direct response, click on the "Help" buttons next to your offers and send your request to the GratisPay team. We have no way of accessing their system, but their support team should be able to help you out quickly.

hmm this is really annoying now, went onto a different gratispay, and it says "Thank you very much. You have already completed this survey."

However then when i got on my offers

oin GFK and win rewards each time you complete...
