Factory problem

I got Factory problem.
I got 2 Factories at 50m2 and other one is at 40m2.
-On my 1. factory at 50 m2 i can produce 484.2 steels per 10 hours (48.42 steels per hour).
-On my 3. factory at 40m2 i can produce 389.3 steels per 10 hours (38.93 steels per hour).
-On my 2. factory at 50m2 i can produce 387.4 steels per 10 hours (38.74 steels per hour).
My question is how 50m2 factory can produce less then 50m2 factory,and i higher employes at max. in each factory?Other products is also like that,steel is only exemple beacuse i now produce steel.

well i bet one 50m2 is in green or yellow and the other 2 are in the red area

yes, pls look up the areas of your factories... the difference could be caused by these differend areas.
