[Sell]BIG buildings

You said you'll agree with any price that matches the construction costs. Well, I took some time and did some calculations and ended up with around 96 mil for the entire extension ( of 4000 m + the base cost + employees wages ). I might be wrong, I might be right, don't know, it's the average I came up with..

Now, are you willing to sell a power plant for 100 mil? Or it's non-negociable?

That was a month ago, when i needed some buildings to be sold very quickly. Now the situation has changed.

This is what i got :

Level: Big Industrialist
Building: Power plant
Expansion: 3980 m

200 mil seems a very reasonable price, indeed. I'm going to buy a power plant from you in the near future, so make sure you have it available! Right now, I'm already having a good number of such buildings producing power, with a couple more in expansion. Once these ones are also ready to roll, will get in touch with you, for further discussions
