NPC Inflation

As yous proabably know there is a price cap on most products and stays the same. Though costs increase so your profit margin gets squeezed, so why not have Inflation. Stuck at the recommeneded 2% it would help reatilers and you could also do it for NPC products as well except steel. It is a bit boring with prices staying stagnant and not varying like real life. Would also give the game a bit more difficulty as a 2 year old could make money here.

Just a short question: What kind of "price cap" are you talking about?
Do you mean the NPC which is only for Q0 steel, wood, seeds and for power, water and stones?

Or are you talking about the stats prices?

That is right, but the FTU hasn't gone into high gear yet, and we are first making sure the food market is better, then we will worry about retailing. :P

I make good profits off my really high Q ice cream. :)

120k production daily of Q29 Strawberry Ice cream and have a buyer at 20+1Q so if it costs 15 caps to produce, I make about 4 million a day off only 3 ice cream buildings... :P
