someone using my account

my company economist was banned on 31.12.2009 I opened new account and saw at economist showcase last login time is 1.1.2010 and there is 1 billion more cash than before I banned. I think someone who banned me using my account maybe selling my buildings to himself or herself. Is realy scandal

this is my second account on forum and using two forum account is why I banned from game, I dont understand anything. does anyone using two forum accounts?

I want to know who have a permission to ban players from game.
I will talk to him or her only.

Ok. Someone was selling stuff cheap using your Economist forum account. Do they have the same passwords? If so they might have both accounts. Someone nearly got mine once. Can you login to your account. This is serious and I think a visit to Upjers support would work. Wondering why you were selling stuff so cheap. I would change my password by saying I forgot it and getting it resent. This a Goldeneye problem. He should listen this and would be of a lot of use.

No I cant login to my game account economist since 31.12.2009 but every one can check at game at showcase it shows last login 1.1.01 I wrote to upjers support several times but no answer. I am gona talk this issue with my lawyer. This is game for fun but this is more than fun.

Read the terms and conditions. It is New Years day then the weekend. everyone at Upjers is probably on Holiday. Wait till Tuesday before the lawyer. You now have probably annoyed Goldeneye so much. When you need help, you get it faster if you are nice, polite and patient. You are unlucky that it happened over the Holidays but no-one at Upjers is at work probably.

If you've attempted to log in it will show up as the last login in even when the "We are sorry, but you have evidently broken the game rules...etc" message comes up, it doesn't mean anyones used your account it just means you've probably tried to log in again, also if you had stock or buildings for sale when the ban started your caps will still rise from those.

The only people that can help you are Goldeneye and Upjoers support,

thank you for this information but Golden Eye is not honest. I think he made a mistake baning me but he dont want to accept his foult. I think this is the only problem.

Multi-accounting cannot be supported, neither ingame than in the forums.

And about the login: Everytime you try to log in into a banned account this is counted for the date of the "last login" shown in the menus. So no worries.

And about being banned due to a wrong decision:
I will not explain those things here in public again. We do not want to make you worse than you already do, do we?
