Such denunciating and offending comments are definetly not part of the topic of this thread.

Stop acting like this and come back to a professional atmosphere for discussions. If you are unable to lead objective discussions you should not post in here.

How come we don't see posts like this from you after Ron's abusive and insulting posts ?

I am sorry that I do not comment on each and every posting that is "not nice"/abusive/however we want to call it.

The interesting thing is that I did not name a specific player. Thus all of you have to feel addressed by my posting.

Hopefully you can accept this.
If every participant wants to get a personal, official warning next time then I can think about this, too.
But I deeply respect all of you and I am sure that you can act in an adequate way without the need of a warning. :)

Are there any things to be added about the original topic "Improve other economies" or can this thread be closed?

it was kind of obvious it was aimed at me given a) my last post and b) your post came after my last post.

to be honest, it was well worth an official warning and, i think, would probably fall under the description of observational rather than name calling.

Okay, I see that there is nothing I can do to show you that I was indeed talking to all of you/to all users in here.
I also see that next time I need to be more strict in order to avoid any "problems". I see that it is not possible to achieve a cool-down of the situation from itself.

It's okay... although it is sad but I try to act accordingly in future. :)
And please be so kind now and respect the original topic of this thread. Otherwise I will have to remove the de-placed postings.
Thank you very much for your cooperation.

Back to the Topic

I have been producing coffee powder for a while now but you have to make everything yourself because no-one makes coffee beans or coffee powder on realm 2. I blame it on bigger kapilanders telling newbies to leave food and start producing gas and wardrobes, and it is also Big Kapi Little kapi s fault, as the big kapis automatically tell them to leave food even if they have a good profit. To fix the problem the programmers could increase the price of food or drastically decrease the price of gas and wardrobes.

Long post. I have some words to those who hope the game economic be better: Quit this game as the programmers are too lazy to upgrade the game OR accept it and stop complain.
To those who said this game is already perfect, or no change is required: Good, you might be other economic games supporters that do no want kapilands become better, good job, you make it.

ps: nikhilm92 idea is superb. that is what a good economic game should be. make another kapilands, i will definitely play it.

I can make coffee beans for you, Q8 at the moment. I make them as a back up for when i run out of bananas and want to make ice cream still. I have factories in a variety of different areas just to keep the game interesting. Yes, i don't maximise my penny making, but yes, the game is a little more fun for it.

IGM me if you want them, tell me how many how often and make an offer within the realm of the rules.

I can claim success coffee powder in realm 2 Germany is up to 15.84 from 9.98 and turkey is up to 17.34 up from 8.21.

Would you mind writing us a detailed and factful report on your profits. We could compare this to other products, and see if it is reasonably profitable after the market price rose, and if it is worth continuing?

With the previous prices you mentioned, obviously everyone had issues making profits. With the new prices you have managed to bring up, you might actually have created some decent profit.

If you HAVE indeed achieved a great level of profits, then we can agree on the fact that the programmers were right and the players were the one's who failed to notice the potential of other economies.

Hello all again,

I have been following this thread with great interest... I am one of the so called big players i guess... I for one want every part of the kapilands economy to be profitable :D
I am not against change in any industry...

yes profits are tied for some players by power, water and stone...
I guess accodring to the ROI, which for some players make sense for them...

For myself I don't mind making everything and I mean everything from power all the way up and I have debated on whether to sell my power plants since I still need my wells to produce oil.

My solution and some people may or not agree with this is I buy water from the npc... And I always make Oil in my wells, my oil makes up IMO makes up the difference for my power plants because my factories are so big that I constantly need something to feed them so oil is great I make both plastic and gas with the oil depending on whether or not I have left over chemicals.

Even so Lately I have been buying products from the market to feed my factories. On realm 2 I am slowly converting the account to also make plastic because I am producing more gas then I can sell in my gas stations.

I know this doesn't help those that make food products. The problem with food and this is just my opinion is that the grocery store needs to be maxed out to see the real potential for food products. According to Kapitools Groceries have the largest shelf space. So if one would have a maxed out grocery store I would hope the profits could be close to on par with say leather jackets, Gas, Wardrobes and ect. When realm three comes out I do plan on trying to make an account with nothing but Grocery stores. but I do believe the problem would be is keeping the stores filled with products

Good to see someone actually understand the thing we are talking about.
People who know how to create the perfect game should just create it instead of complaining in here things that won't be changed (according to the developers, not me) should be changed.

I will produce some more stats but over night someone decided to sell 10000 coffee powder for 9 each, collapsing my price, will give the stats as soon as I get the prices back up.

Raising the ceiling price will just make products like cars more profitable and reduce incentive to research higher qualities.

Question to anyone who can answer:

Is there any known product that definitively becomes less profitable as quality increases?
