buildings *urgent*!!

ok so i have been on a 2 yr long haitus from realm 2.... so i have all these buildings that can't be used since i no longer have a membership.. ive sold buildings but i still can't use the remaining ones...

Because you probably brought those buildings too when you went premium.

i know but shouldn't that mean that when i sell them the premium become usable? right now i can't use anything since i sold my factories.. was going to make all oil

When you have less then 60 buildings left all buildings will be accessable.

If you have more then 60 buildings and all are premium you need to get premium account or just contact Pearlbay to get some free Premium to be able to access the buildings and sell to get below the amount of 60 again.

Even when you own 61 buildings, you still can't access the premium ones.
You need to be at maximum 60 total to be able to use them again without buying premium.

yea i just said $@!k it and just took the plunge ... reset my account and should be 1 month till I get back up top.

Sucks cause I was huge in gas but now plantations all the way

Yeah, that is a lot smarter then following the advice given by some in here to contact GoldenEye or Pearlbay to have it fixxed.

They can't do that, but they can give you limited amount of premium so you can sell the surplus.
Then when you are below 60 buildings all premium buildings can be used again.

Should this happen again, simply contact our support; we are not fully staffed during the weekend, but we could have given you a few extra days of premium time, to sell the buildings.

Maybe there should be a sticky on this subject, so people know what to do to avoid this problem.
