hımm lets make some calc.

1000 m2 well cost to produce 23-25 million and 20 days construction time,

in 20 day 1000 m2 well produce app. 320k oil 320000 x 75 = 24 million

so 24+24 =48 million

I would like to pay 40 million for 1000 m2 well in yellow

is it clear

You can make same clac. for other sizes

I could get at least 80million on the market, you will get no sellers at the price your offering. Philein's offer was actually about right and the building market is over priced but people do pay.
