Buisnesses Shares

just an idea
the share market could be based on world stock markets. Say i buy 1000 shares in Shell from the system for what ever price shell shares are trading at in kapi dollars. The system will pay out the dividends shell issues on real life and we sell back to the system when we dont want them any more for the price on the stock market in real life.
It means no one can manipulate it, small companies wont lose all their profit, big companies don't have to sell stakes in themselves to expand and we can all know what the value of the shares are by looking at the world stock markets. Their will obviously be some problems but it solves the big problem that affected the kapi-stock market.

I really like this idea, but there are many problems facing it. Such as, if someone buys shares, how would they get there profit????? How can the main owner of the company pay the profits??????????? And what if, the company lost profit in a process, do share owners pay the mnoey lost???????? Also, if a company has been in-active, how can share owners sell their shares, no one else would buy them because the player is in-active and share owners would jsut be wasting their money. I would suggest this process should be implented to computer systems only, and not real people company owners. The stocks in system would drop and companies would lose profit.
Implementing it into a computer system would be the safest way of implementing this but I still like the idea of being able to invest in player companies.
If somebody buys shares, the way they are trying to make money back is that in the agreed time period they are receiving a certain share of that companie's revenue, so if the company makes a lot of money, they make a large profit? It's about risk, and making wise decisions.
If a company has been inactive that doesn't matter, remember there is a time period on holding shares so after a while the contract will expire and then just no one else will buy shares off of them.
However, if people still feel they wouldn't want to risk their money in player companies, many this should be restricted to a computer market?
Loving the feedback guys, keep it coming.

Though we need a way to share information about the company if we were to make any informed choice on the shares or we would just look at there rank and don't know if they have all there buildings in expansion and will not be done for 2 weeks
Also how many shares will there be like i think that 100 shares would be to little as the price per share would be astronomical for most business.
Again by taking a percent of the revenue would make some markets un-economical as the products are exspensive but very little real profit (steel)
Also what about coins, if a person buys 10 coins with real money should the other shareholders receive money if the person sells them to other players?
Would putting money into contests be classed as investment as if i owned shares in a company i would not want them to waste it all in a contest wich cost billions.

who has the final decision on bringing in new ideas to kapilands? It is all good and fine thinking of new ideas and creating good arguments about them and discussing banners but who does have the final say and does he or she or it actually play kapilands and watch the forums. I am really confused about who decides what to change can someone please tell me.
