System messages stuck in my account !

company name = Morning Flower

Dear Support

i have had a message in my inbox for over two weeks now
the message is supposed to be a quest i think.
its title is " *NEW* * Call from the Swiss East-Bank"
it arrived three times
i open it, and it is empty, and still it has the "NEW" sign beside it
everytime i log in my account i find those three unread message stuck there !!
i don't know what to do about them really, and they are really annoying ! plus i am feeling like i lost the chance to participate in this quest as well :S
please help ?

It's not a quest do dont worry, just delete them?

yeah, it wont be a quest because none of them look like that, its just hte system trying to scam you for 1mil

You cannot delete system messages :S
there is no box beside it, plus they are not even marked as Read after i read them

Hmmm i think i remember this happening once before and the programmers had to sort it out in the end. Send an in forum message to Pearlbay and she should help you out

and i am not allowed to delete it

The messages are generally deleted after 2 weeks, but sometimes they get stuck a little longer, for 3-4 weeks. Give it a little more time, the messages will be gone before long.

Maybe add this into some FAQ somewhere

Maybe some people might read it sometime and eventually we might get a cut down on "bugs that aren't bugs"
