They CAN change but nobody uses them because most people consider the Stock system "broke".

The stock market is inactive, they just haven't removed it from the game yet.

buying or selling stocks will change nothing, stock prices never change and stocks have no effect on the game whatsoever.

I think they should re-develop the stock system. it makes the game more alive.

Stock price CAN work. A bunch of us got together and spent a few billion. We got the stock selling prices up to the first buying prices before everyone sold their stock and ran.

I'd be willing to try it again on Realm 1 in a bit.... Kapitimes is my prefered stock got 2bil of it

If you have got a minimal sense for economy and if you want to make at least a minimal profit (like 0.01 - 0.03 Caps) then stay away from stocks.
