I want to start a TV business. But i have lots of problems:

1) Cant find buyers.

2) Elements cost a lot to buy.

3) Cant find suppliers for elements.

4) Buyers buy televisions cheaper than the production costs.

I think you probably want to sell them through shops, rather than to other players.

In realm 1 yes it is true but not in realm 2. I believe you are in realm 1? if you are then I cant be much help but if you are in realm 2 then yes I can help you with 1-4 issues :D

Good luck in your venture if you do decide to get into the business of television.

yes if you produce your own have a good size shop then it makes more sense selling it in your own shop........ :D Either way you will still make profit (quicker way to make profit is selling it to others but to maximize your profit means you have to sell it in your own stores).....

Im in realm 1. Yes, selling them in stores makes a lot more profit, but the problem is suppliers.

I'm wondering, how good is the Advertisements business on R1?

I might make advertisements on R1, for the sake of producing something that's researchable.

I know that it's not going to be the most profitable item, but will it at least give me some profit? :P
My R1 company is only a Small Businessman at this point.

You dont want to try that trust me. Very low profitable business. If you want, i can help your company grow more, just tell me what you produce.

My R1 company produces Stone, Water, and Power.

I'm only a Small Businessman on R1, and don't know the realm that well.
If you have any tips on what a small R1 player could produce other than raw materials, I'm all ears.

My R2 company (Manager level) produces Stones, Water, Power, and Oil of increasing quality.
I'm happy with my R2 business, but I don't want to produce the exact same things on both realms.

How about gas? I can buy your daily gas for 37+1 per q. Im starting to buy shops in germany to increase its bad prices for gas now. I can buy your daily supply. But you need wells, powerplants, and factories if you want to be self-suffient like me. But if not, you can buy from suppliers.

I like being self-sufficient, that's why both of my (stone producing) companies also produce water and power.

Gas might work.
I would need:

PowerPlants - power
Wells - Oil
Factories - Oil to Gas
Mine & Well RC - to increase the quality of the oil.
Chemical RC - To increase the quality of gas.

Correct? :P

Correct. But you can start with q0 then later on, when you reach manager level, you can research.

I will think about that as a possible direction for the company :)

I have about 4mil FA now, and 6mil Cash.
Also, I already have 3 wells and 3 powerplants because of the self-sufficient stone production.

Good post, thanks for the numbers. You make about 800k profit per 1000m of shop. Shops scale perfectly, so this would be true for any size shop, as long as you can stock it. Wardrobes are more profitable, since my furniture shops make over 1M per 1000m daily, even costing wardrobes at 2100+Q, more than most players will pay. Jewelry is *much* more profitable. Here is my current run:

2000 m
