Sometimes my production generates surpluses in certain areas. I usually sell to posted buyers with the best prices, but give the opportunity for others to outbid (it is a free market and the same happens to me on the buying end). Surpluses change as I expand, so check back.

If you want my surplus, you have to outbid the current buyer, not match them.

If you want the items, DON'T post here. Send an IGM to my company. I will send you a contract if you are the top bidder.
