I'm just wondering why people leave a comment on the forum, telling people to message them outside of said forum, and never even look back on the message at all. =/

he's got a few more posts like that, all advertisement messages (some on the wrong board, even) that he never looked back at.
it kinda defeats the point of a forum, a forum is meant to discuss stuff, not to blatantly advertise in a wrong area, and then never even look back at it.

edit: and you're going to have to explain the hypocrite part, I think.

There are some areas of my bussines I like to conduct in private. If I'm negotiating a price with someone for example.

I agree the wrong board is a bit of a pain but then again they are newbs

I see nothing wrong with not checking back as he/she clearly stated "igm". If someone is interested they will message so no need to check back.

well if he checked back, then even if he had a customer, he'd know about the fact that he didn't even mention his realm

and the ability to read english (and therefor being able to find the right board) shouldn't have anything to do with being new to a game

The trading boards are literally attached to the bottom of the User to User board, there's no way to miss that
