Does premieum account let u have ur expansion time a bit low?

Like if it was going to be 2 hours, it makes it 1 and half hour?

And also, what are administration buildings? How do they help?

No, and say you have 50 Plantations, using a plantation admin building means you can set the production for all the plantations together without having to individually set them all.

same as the other buildings

you can expand in mass

or sell in mass

For example you have those 50 plantations and you want to expand them all go to the expand building and do that.
