Well - I also wanted to take part in this and here is my suggestion for you.



This is a nice work, I think. The structure is very clear, you can read the company name easily and it's kind of mysterious.

But you didn't give me an helpful answer, although I suggested to make it smaller and put it into the left corner at the bottom.
And after your first, slightly impolite reaction I won't change anything in my creation...

All mods here will seriously keep an eye on such copyright issues! The German Law is clear in this respect...

If someone insists on a copyright (which is in my opinion necessary nowadays...), people have to stick to that!

lol its a picture.... and if i re-edited it then it wudnt be the same so then it wud be mine in any case i havnt the photoshop skills to do this...

Copywrite is 100% NOT neccisary and as such i wud NEVER use a banner where the creator instisted as such!!! Its a freaking picture!! How can i use this for my advantage? what is the point of copywrite? i asked for a banner from a friend lol

Ordering a banner and don't use it because of me adding my copyright to it.
And because you simply don't know what it means to accept a copyright leads me to the assumption that you have to be a very young or at least very unexperienced guy (or both?).
The copyright protects my literary property.
If you don't respect or even just don't acknowledge it, this may be seen as something illegal. So I hope you'll stop being ignorant and bigheaded - because it should be a matter of course to accept a copyright and to point out where you got your ideas/pictures/quotations/whatever.

But never mind - that is okay with me.
If you don't like to use that cool banner, I can't help you.

Ok buddy here it is

1. I know what a copywrite is
2. U know when u wud use a copywrite
3. I know the implications of infringing a copywrite

Now here are some simple concepts, i hope your small mind can cope with them. You copywrite something so that someone else cannot use the item that is copywrited, without your permission. This is in princple so someone cannot gaiin from your work.

Now please frekaing tell me how on earth i gain from having a banner u made me, as my signature, on this forum? What does it give me an advantage in? What are u protecting by adding that???? Im strugling to come up with reasons that would constitue a contravention of legislation by me displaying a banner that someone created for me just becasue it didnt have copywrite, please inlighten me on this reason. (and if its some german rule then sorry but this is the english forum )

At the end of the day uve added copywrite, u are 100% entitled to but i would point out that it is 100% UNNECCISARY. The banner is good, not amazaing, but good, and i would have considered it as a contender, but since your too stubborn to realise the pettenyess of having your name on something that i wanted as mine you dont deserve to win.

Just to end this, if any one ever want another company to respect the copyright, just write a friggin contract. Who on earth would be stupid enough to use a banner with another companys name on it - even more visable than the users name(more visable because it stands out from the contekst). Copyright is to protect the maker/owner of the banner not to advertise the maker.



If anyone still is confused, take a break and walk the citystreets a few hrs. How many ads do you find with the makers name on it? It is very rare and mostly only used if the makers name has a market value for the user.
