IGM conversations
conversations like Gmail has..so when some dude IGMs me I see all our mails in the past. Sometimes when you get a lot of messages its hard to figure out who s who and what u ve told them. I understand archiving the conversations would be tough (all current IGM s get deleted after 7 days). However once you figure out how to archive everything (not sure this is possible but we can dream) you might try that converstation thing.

It requires a bit of manpower on your end but you could put a little note in the Address book reminding you what you've said.
I used to keep an excel spreadsheet tracking the deals I make, with lines tracking daily contracts from each supplier and a notes field for who was a more loyal supplier and who would sell their grandmother for an extra cap.
