Building Help/Info - Upgrade Costs

When you are researching or producing or whatever t is usually quite annoying that you can see what it costs to upgrade.

I like to be able to work things out, like how much I want to upgrade etc.etc.

But you can't see this info unless the building is idle.

Would be nice, not sure what everyone else thinks though...
