I just started playing this game like 2 days ago and i have made my share of mistakes. 24h ago i accidently sent a contract for 5000 stones without specifing the price of the product. Totally my fault. But it so happens the other party accepted the stones and has not made any attempts to send me the money or return the stones after repeated request to at least return the stones.

first, edit your post and remove the accused company name (replace by XXX)

then message the game admins.

That's an easy mistake to make, you just put the price in the market field instead and it sends for zero. I've received contracts that way several times. (I always cancel or send back and include a note of course.) I also made the mistake once myself, and the receiver was not quite so helpful about it so I had to put him on my blacklist.

I'm glad it worked out. Remember to put the price right above the recipient's name from here out!
