we need Public holidays in game eg:
Labour Day, king's or Queen's Birthday, Independence Day,
Republic Day, Workers' Day, Armed Forces Day, National Day of the kapilands, Uprising Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day,

we have to pay all Employees more caps on Public holidays

I think the programmers :P don't have enough time to change things in the english kapilands, they just make doggy games.

Why should this suggestion be added? How does it benefit the game? Why should we pay employees extra to work on a holiday? Most employees would rather have the day off rather than work on a holiday.

Hmmm it would add an element to the game, would make it more fun and more realistic with statergies etc but I think it would be to much work for the programmers and they won't see it adding much to the game

yes it would make it more realistic.

and you can give employees on a holiday or pay more caps on Public holidays.

we do not have employees we have slave.
Slavery is a form of forced labor we do not pay wages.
and are deprived of the right to leave.
(have you had a employ leave i have not.)

we buy employees (slaves ? ) That will cost you 3000

They aren't slaves. Every product you produce requires a production price. That price in the real world includes everything from wages, benefits and utility bills. So, in a way, you only don't pay the employees when the building isn't active. If the building is active you are paying every employee.

Oh yes, and if you go to african (green) area, you exploit your workers so that you pay them minimal wages. What a brave new world.

The problem is indeed that it would not improve this game... it would it make even harder. Thus this won't come... ;)
