Adding the option of creating an employer personnel file would allow for other players to see things like what time zone youre in, to allow for considering what would be the best time to send a contract (some might not be up at 4am local time - i might. lol), and other personal information ... just a way of getting to know the community better

One possibility for premium users is, to put these information into the showcase... there you can add individual texts
