Raw Materials LLC Replenish Time

NOOB SPEAKING. Be gentle...

I read the other thread about the NPC trading and thought of this...

What about the amount of steel, once bought from the NPC reduces and then replenishes at roughly 50 000 per day. Leaving (hopefully) a gap where the price of steel can dramatically jump for a certain period. much like the petrol srevice station in REAL LIFE. every now and then the price jumps in a massive way. for a short period anyway.

Obviously teathing problem would occur but can be sorted out evenmtually with a few tweeks. I don't thinkit should offer so much either. It has "effectively" a monopoly on the market..

Hi,
this would be a big disadvantage for small players:
if the amount of units NPC sells is restricted, big companies could buy this amount with just one or two clicks... and smaller companies would have to buy the more expensive one.

Especially as here are users coming from different time zones, any proposal like this would mean that being in a time zone where it is e.g. 12 hrs difference to the server time would mean a huge advantage against the other players....

Furthermore (I have to say it, sorry...): any discussion on the npc won't lead to any change... there won't be any change on the NPCs in this version.

If you actually read the other threads about this you should know that this has been discussed a zillion times in those threads.

eg say you in canada and it's three in the morning, over in Newzeland (sry for spelling) its 4 in the afternoon, the Newzeland guy buys all the steel and the canadian guy has to buy it at 150-160-180! etc.

see my point 8)
