When you want to supply your special building you have to have product same level.

And best product on market are Q0 product, so if you want to supply your building with printers you can buy Q10 for 1000c but Q0 for 3000c. But only Q0 product u can find in high number to buy, and market is full of lower prices Q1, 2, 3, 4 and rest Q goods. If kapilands is Free market we can say that Q0 goods have some kind of monopoly on market comparing with other Q goods.

So is not stimulating for researching, because all product you can sell better if they are Q0 then any other Q. (Better Q is for shops and for contents)

If for special building you enter that you have to have product but not of the same Q, so if i need 1000 sugar i don't have to buy 150c Q0 sugar i can buy and 500 Q10 and 500 Q5 sugar for 70c and supply special building.

That would bring more activity on market, lower prices of Q0 goods, and become stimulative to research your goods.

Everyone can make Q0 products so even the lowest levels and people who jsut start out can add to the market and help out the bigger players. Of course if bigger players need LOTS of products they won't limit it so that their suppliers need a hihg research level- that would drive away 80% of contracts and they need the large amounts of products, so to make it easier for everyone they just buy Q0

Both the above answers are correct. Also, don't forget about the reset button. Anyone can make Q0 products. Even if all you have are Q40 sub products off the market. Just set production and cancel which sets all the products to Q0.
