Could you tell me where that "frei" is shown exactly? I cannot find it in the regular special buildings file, so I need more definite info to track it down. Thank you!

It's in all special buildings which store status symbols.
It is displayed in all slots where there is no status symbol stored.

e.g. Gallery (screenshot)
