Yes but, consider the economics, who's selling has to gain something.
Considering only steel for cars:
912*135 = 123.120
So if they sell cars at you at 110K, they are losing around 13.120 just for steel, without considering the other parts.
So if they buy the 912 steel from the NPC at 135, and then put on sale the steel at the market at 135, loosing 10% fee, 13,5 foreach steel piece, they will get back 110.808, losing only 12.192.
So economically that will be a wiser choice to buy from NPC and sell back the steel at the same price at the market, they save 1K loss.
