This auction is for the sale of one 1,500m2 well in Yellow territory. We have multiple mines, so the buyer may pick whether the mine is located in Oman or Saudi Arabia at time of sale.
The Auction will close at midnight on 23 March 2010. Bidding structure is as follows:
Starting Price: 30,000,000Caps (30Mln Caps)
Reserve Price: 75,000,000Caps (50Mln Caps)
Buy it Now: 100,000,000Caps (1000Mln Caps)
Minimum Raise: 5,000,000Caps (5Mln Caps)
Altanaya PP and E reserves the option (but is not required) to accept the highest bid and end the auction prior to close date if any of the following conditions are met:
1) Reserve Price is exceeded
2) Bid reaches Buy it Now Price
3) There have been no new bids for more than 48 hours
Buyer must take delivery within 24 hours of end of auction.
Repeat buyers (those that have bought in auctions from Altanaya PP&E in the past) will receive a 1Mln Cap discount off of their purchase price as a loyalty bonus. (Buyer loyalty will be verified by posts if forums, if posts are not available documenting your win unfortunately we will not be able to extend the loyalty bonus).
