You can receive researches in form of contracts. But you can't sell your researches or look into the research-market until your manager.

matt probably means you should research it yourself.

With a 4 employee RC (i.e. about 500.000 caps), it would take you about 10 days for the wood/q8 and an extra ~65.000caps. Double the employees (and almost triple the building cost) to slash the time by 50%. BTW, seeds/q4 would be almost free and really fast, too (less than a day or so for the 4 employee RC).

Okok, I'll be honst, I'm just too lazy to build a RC. Plus I'm sure there's someone out there with fair prices =)
