What about company who refused contract!

Subject Contract 1097856
The company XXXX (id: XXXXX) canceled your contract.
The ware was sent back into your warehouse.

Hm, i lost more than 100k coins on that contract only on transport...and i lost more if i count price of wood drop from 45 to 42 (another 350k lost)....
Anyway,that company was price of 45 wood (i think was 45) in showcase, and he refused contract..hm...

if we all start to did thing like this, soon nobody send via contract...

Showcases can easily get out of date. With forum listings and faxes at least we know what the date was, but showcases just sit out there for a while - so I'd probably send a message just to confirm before sending goods. And if someone cancels a contract unreasonably, I would just make a note not to deal with them anymore and move on.

That said, we do not condone players making offers and then failing to live up to them. If you would like to send myself or one of the other moderators the company name, we can talk to them about it.

If you know company names are against the rules, then don't do it. in raelm2! I send him stell with price in his showcase, and he refuse contract, and now i dont have enough money for all thing i plan today...

Last time was contract in realm1, but there i have enoguh money, and if dont sell something, i can survive easy, but in realm2 money is always problem....

If people in future dont agree with contract, then you can move out of game contracts, and we can sell all on market...

I know is out of rule to post name of company here, but i am really pissed with this! I pay 6€ in realm2, and more in Realm1, and i except to get normal fair game for my money....

No. The contracts ARE VERY usefull.
But you can introduce law courts: if someone sent message and there was an agreement for contract then law courts would take the penalty fee for not accepting that contract.

But it needs additional forms like "invitation for contract" for "agreed contract" and "normal contract" without invitation to sent it.

I tend not to do business with people who cancel my contracts IF they where sent at the currect price. I under stand canceling contracts with wrong prices or that you aren't buying.

I canceled well over 100 contracts in the last contest due to people sending me Pullovers when I said I was selling them on the fax. At first, after each canceled contract I sent a message to the company. After awhile I stop due to the mass amounts of contracts I was recieving.

People cancel contracts all the time - I usually write a "what's the problem" type of message, but generally this is just an annoying part of the game.

i try to send a message asking why it was cancelled, and if you stick to a friendly language, you'll be amazed at how often they ask you to send again

i don't see how you can complain about transport costs, as those are practicly nothing compared to the value of a contract

Stupid me! There is easy solution for that situation.
Maybe it is possible to charge trasportation or other contracts costs in the moment of clicking "sign" button instead of "send contract"?

If it is possible, then ONLY ACCEPTED contracts would be paid.
All canceled ones would have no financial effect.
