researches under cost?

i just saw a oil research level 23 being sold for 750k, it costs 2.205.000 to research, so was this a legit trade?
cause i didnt bougth it first for thinking it wasnt allowed.

Yeah that's rather bad. Better you didn't.

If you happened to grab the seller's ID, PM me with it please. If you didn't, the system should have flagged that trade anyway. Either way, bad for them and good that you didn't get involved.

System pays for level 23 research 390K. What if seller got a contract for a better oil research and decided to quickly sell his for 700 on the market? Perfectly legitimate. People who see ghosts everywhere are pissing me off - In real life I have to wait 2 hours, before I can get on the plane. In kapilands - I have to be careful what to buy on the market. Duh!

That's a good point CMOT. I've often sold buildings for twice the system return price mainly because I wanted to buy another building and get it expanding NOW. The minimum price for the buildings is the system return price.

Time is Money apparently.
The bigger the building the small the market for it.

Ah, mea culpa, I had forgotten that the system reimbursal is so low. I still wouldn't do it myself though. But this is why situations are investigated before action is taken.
