Farmer John and his apple trees

Farmer John has 10 apple trees and wants to plant them so he has 5 rows with 4 apple trees in each row. Farmer John wants to do this because he has a 2 acre orchard and wants to maximise the use of his acres and this solution will maximize the use of the apple trees. Farmer John wants the rows to be perfectly straight. Farmer John is not willing to buy more apple trees nor is he willing to plant seeds to get more apple trees. Farmer John wants to use just 10 apple trees. Please post your creative solutions for farmer John.

(Yes it can be done with only 10 apple trees will share the correct answer in the near future good luck problem solvers)

let me get this straight
he has 10 apple trees and wants to plant then on 5 rows, each row can have maximum of 4 trees right?

Each row MUST have 4 trees. No more, no less (I assume otherwise it gets made a lot easier)
