Well, is there any chance that, by helping people, you sold underpriced products to them (for example for 0.00)? If yes, then the bolded part is for you.

When you registered for this game, you clicked a checkbox that said 'I accept the rules and the user agreement'

You should have already known not to do it...

you get banned for breaking site/game rules on which you agreed when you registered.

They most likely reserve all rights to do anything they want with your account (Atleast that's usual practise among browsergames)

And the coins problem is likely solveable
