you have been caught violating the game rules. That is why your account has been locked and can't be used anymore. You will have to start new, which means you will also have to start with new data. You don't know the reason for being blocked? Multiaccounting as well as taking extraordinary advantages, such as exploiting an account, are forbidden and punished by deleting the respective account. Your account has been checked several times and there are no doubts that you have been cheating. We will not accept any excuses here, please start again and play fair. In case you bought coins with real money, we will credit them to your new account after receiving your information on the details of your old and new account.
Enjoy a fair game!
The only thing i ever did was help people WOW

Well, is there any chance that, by helping people, you sold underpriced products to them (for example for 0.00)? If yes, then the bolded part is for you.

Sending for 0(except if gift) is real bad, so don't expect to get unbanned

I mean specific ingame gifts which can't be sold for more than 0 (Status symbols)
And if it isn't an officially approved gift, then bad luck

When you registered for this game, you clicked a checkbox that said '
I accept the rules and the user agreement'
You should have already known not to do it...

They most likely reserve all rights to do anything they want with your account (Atleast that's usual practise among browsergames)
And the coins problem is likely solveable

I do not think that we need to discuss this in public... especially not because you did not point out other relevant trades.
I will close this thread now.
