why suddenly the price drop so fast on the market...?yesterday i saw it was 2k plus on market but 2day huz left $600 plus...so please dun spoilt the market price....

Heh... You cant just simply pump the contest price just by simply asking. You have to hold shares and stocks of that product and use em the right way. For example: Emptying the marketplace will cause the price to suddenly go up and flooding the marketplace will drop the price.

also for the first day or so not many diamonds were finished.now everybody has finished the first run of diamonds and dumped them on the market.

correct. the first few days the contest product price usually is very high, until sufficient products supplied to market, the price will drop and become more stable.
but i have notice that, when the last few hours , the contest price normally shoot up again, is that true?

Lets see production prices at NPC
(Example is made on 5000m2 Mine in Oman at Big Industialist lvl)

Diamonds => 18 + 270(1000 Power) + 27(100 Watter) = 315 caps/unit
with production of 1524,56/h

Stones = 1,8 + 1,35(5 Power) + 0,27 (1 Watter) = 3,177
with production of 6775,83/h

if u sell stones on market(current price is around 23 caps) u make

(23*0,9-3,177)*6775,83/h= 118.732 caps/hour

if u expect same profit form selling diamonds (over contract):

(X-315)*1524,56/h = 118.732 caps/h
X= 392,9

conclusion is that u need to sell diamons at 392 caps to get same profit
as producing stones with resources bougth on market from npc

ok, lets see what if u produce ur own resources:

Power(form Red Factory)
Diamonds => 18 + 30(1000 Power) + 5(100 Watter) = 53 caps/unit
with production of 1524,56/h

Power(form Green Factory)
Diamonds => 18 + 10(1000 Power) + 5(100 Watter) = 33 caps/unit
with production of 1524,56/h

Stones = 1,8 + 0,15(5 Power) + 0,05 (1 Watter) = 2caps/ unit
with production of 6775,83/h

if u sell stones on market(current price is around 23 caps) u make

(23*0,9-2)*6775,83/h= 126.708 caps/hour

if u expect same profit form selling diamonds (over contract):

Red Power
(X-53)*1524,56/h = 126.708 caps/h
X= 136,11

Green Power
(X-33)*1524,56/h = 126.708 caps/h
X= 116,11

If u produce all on ur own it is still much better to produce stones than diamonds and sell them at funny rate that guys offer 100 caps

Lets say u can produce ur own power and watter.
Amounth needed for one hour produce of diamonds will sell on market for

Red Power 1000*(0,25*0,9-0,3)*1524,56/h=297.289 caps/hour

isnt that bigger that 126.708 caps/h?

for making one diamond u need 1000 Power.
u can sell that power on market for (270*0.9) 243 caps.
or u can make diamonds(and add 100 watter and 18 caps)
and then sell one diamond for 100 caps.

I usally use contest to grow bec better prize BUT!

Rich company whith huge industri who can make big offers drops prize so da** low so is not good for us. They drop prize 30 - 40 caps at the time.

I saw from yesterday until to day prize from 600 - 410 a sec when i put out for 442

I have no big industri and need contest to grow bec early mistake

Alright guys i have the best solution, i am going to place the best price for diamonds here because i sell them and i watch the market very carefully and study the prices, according to me best price is 400-450 till now, if it updates i will tell you. Now i am telling you this price if you want to sell and find a customer for contracts, these are useful prices. If it is above these prices it will be a bit difficult to find a buyer.

no siberian imagine it like this

you have 1000 power and 100 water and a spare 20 caps

you wcould either make 1 diamond Q2 and sell it for 250 caps

Or you could sell all the power and water for 286caps and keep the 20 caps....

therefore no matter whether you make stuff your own or not
the price is always "the same"

So your losing cash if you sell it for less than 305.44caps
