NO ITS NOT!! lol

she should have said:

Good morning boss,
Hint: How does the quality-calculation work? Ah, I'll tell you: First add up the quality of all products required, and quality of what your making, then devide the total quality by how many products are used. And then you have the total quality. Clear?

I prefer the secretaries description!

The secretary's description sounds better for this game. The secretary is supposed to be a professional so she has to speak like a professional. If the secretary said what you thought she should say, then you might as well get the option of hiring a 12 year old. Everything she said is correct and makes sense (unless you can't comprehend it properly).

Also your saying needs to be fixed. It should be:
Good morning boss,
Hint: How does the quality-calculation work? Ah, I'll tell you: First add up the quality of all products required including research, then divide the total quality by the amount of products involved (including research), and then you have the total quality. Clear?
