How do Syndicates give contest prizes?

Ok I ben checking out trade syndicates won't name any. They run their own private contest and give away buildings and products. How is this possible. With out getting them banned. As that would be away unfair trading advantage to one side to give something a way for free. Unless they have gotten special permission from kapilands some how? Also how are they allowed to run a contest by sending items to one company that in itself would be unfair trading cause I am sure they have to send it at a cheap price to make the contest profitable?

I don't know of any "syndicates" that give things away for free. Minimum price, yes, but not for free.

Hmmm, let's see, because it makes sense??????????????????? I would much rather "win" a bunch of steel and only have to pay the price that it would cost to make it, or close to it, than pay 135 caps per piece. Is that so hard to understand?

I have seen an internal contest. They are fun and we are kinda having one at the moment (no details to be given, I won't even tell you what realm

). Besides if we were cheating, we would easily get banned. Geez with our great mods there is no way anyone can be cheating at all
