When I checked my Kapi Account to sell some stuff, somehow i sell power was lost without notice?

What is your company name, User-ID? What realm do you play?
When did you recognize this?
Did you sell something? If yes, what?
When and where did you sell it?
What is missing? Products or money?
What button did you click, what did you want to do?

and so on...

We need all pieces of information you can give us.
